Join us for back-to-school tips, tricks, and resources just for speech-language pathologists who work with children. We'll be sharing our favorite strategies and resources to get you started on the right foot this year.

About Carrie: Carrie Clark is the founder and owner of Speech and Language Kids, a website that is focused on the pediatric side of speech-language pathology. Carrie’s super power is taking complex topic and breaking them down into easy-to-follow step-by-step plans. She also loves the challenge of trying to solve a problem. Through her membership program at The SLP Solution, Carrie is able to help thousands of speech-language pathologists by digging through the research on various speech-language pathology topics or therapies and creating quick and simple resources that break it all down. Carrie and her team of mentors further support their members by answering questions in the exclusive member groups and brainstorming ideas and solutions for tough cases and situations.

About Char: Char Boshart is a therapist, seminar presenter, author, podcast host, and president of Speech Dynamics. She graduated with her Masters from Western Michigan University and began her career in the public schools. Since that time, she’s worked many years in the schools, in the clinical setting, private practice, and as an Assistant Professor and Department Chair at Loma Linda University. Since 1993, she has presented numerous well-received articulation and language presentations through Speech Dynamics, SpeechTherapypd.com, as well as through the Bureau of Education and Research (BER).  She writes a weekly blog called “Therapy Matters” and is the host of the podcast, The Speech Link, and is the author of the well-received book, The Easy R.

 About Hollie: Hollie graduated with her MS in Speech Pathology from Utah State University in 2007. Hollie and her SLP husband Luke run the therapy resources site https://www.home-speech-home.com where they share their experiences and valuable tools and resources for SLPs. 

About Lorraine: Lorraine has worked in the educational field for over 35 years. Her experience spans a broad range of roles including speech pathologist, special education teacher, administrator, university instructor, national presenter and educational consultant. Lorraine has presented at hundreds of training opportunities and is also an adjunct faculty member with the Central Washington University and a guest lecturer in the Department of Communication Disorders at the University of Washington. She has written a series of story scripts and extension activities entitled “Sing Me a Story” all of which emphasize developmental storytelling as a language tool to teach early oral and written narrative.

About Marisha: 
Marisha earned her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington. She has worked as a school-based SLP and shares therapy ideas and resources on her blog (SLP Now). Marisha also developed a membership for SLPs that includes digital tools and resources to streamline evidence-based therapy.
